DEIC releases Annual Report
We’ve got news…check out our Annual Report to see the impact the DEIC had in 2025. Some of the highlights:
Energy Tech 2025 brought together nearly 500 innovators, utility leaders, policymakers, and investors to discuss the future of energy.
DEIC successfully launched its Energy Innovation Road Trip experiences, an immersion program that connected Virginia-based entrepreneurs with leading research organizations in Tennessee and Richmond.
DEIC portfolio companies raised a total of $279 million in capital in 2025.
Through the Accelerate and Hyperscaled programs, 13 companies completed intensive accelerator cohorts.
We supported local entrepreneurs by awarding $35,500 in prize funding to winners of the 2026 Center Street Pitch and hosting Ag-X and Ag Connect.
