Accelerator applications deadline extended to 5/11!
For all of you last-minute applicants – good news! The deadline for the 2025 DEIC Accelerate and DEIC Hyperscaled programs has been extended to 5/11. Accelerate focuses on clean energy startups ready to connect with major utility customers and investors for paid pilot projects and commercialization across Virginia. Hyperscaled is looking for companies addressing data center challenges by advancing technologies that enhance sustainability and efficiency of data centers and their energy infrastructure. DEIC in the community and on the road
Program Director Braden Croy represented DEIC on a panel at the Virginia Solar Summit, focusing on financing the future of clean energy technologies.
Executive Director Adam Sledd traveled to Atlanta for the Super South conference, participating in a session on Building the 21st Century Power Grid.
DEIC Board Member Emil Avram and Adam attended the Bloomberg New Energy Finance Summit. Avram was featured on a panel talking about how Virginia will maintain its global lead in the data center industry.
A number of DEIC Ag-X graduates were spotted at the Ashland Farmers Market last weekend.
